We know from personal experience that even those of us who are committed to enhancing human dignity and improving social conditions can experience workplace conflict. Finding ourselves in disagreement with our colleagues can be demoralising and stressful. Worse, it can distract us from our real mission in life: helping others.
So until 30 June 2014, we’re offering more than 50% off our normal rates: only $100 per hour (plus GST) per mediator.
Of course, conditions apply—but we’ve kept them simple. This offer is only available to genuine not-for-profit organisations.
Our preparation and the pre-mediation interviews generally take at least four hours, as do the mediation and the debriefing session. Sometimes, we may complete the entire process in one day. Other times, we may recommend splitting the process over two days, to allow participants time to reflect on our pre-mediation conversations.
Therefore, we have calculated our fees on the assumption that we will be at your workplace for a minimum of four hours at any one time. Attendances at your premises of less than four hours duration attract a travelling fee of $50 per hour (plus GST), in addition to the service fee. This travelling fee may also apply to clients located outside Brisbane.
Our facilitation and leadership development services are not included in this offer, and would be negotiated separately.
